The Terms of Service


Knowing your rights and obligations before or after subscribing to the "Mojiz" App as a subscriber or visitor is very important.

Your use of all services of the "Mojiz" App is subject to the following conditions: To activate and use the services, you must agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all the terms described in this agreement, you have anly the option to postpone the subscription and contact us at mojizapp@mojizapp.com.

The "Mojiz" App was developed by qualified specialists with long experience in the technical and administrative fields. If you decide to subscribe to the "Mojiz" App, you will be agreed with the "Mojiz" App development team by approving the entire Human Resource solutions and procedures.


The Mojiz Privacy Policy covers this agreement which governs your use of the services accessed, including via a web browser, smartphone, tablet or other mobile device.


When you register to the Mojiz App on behalf of the Beneficiary User, you represent that you are authorized and authenticated to represent such the beneficiary user and to accept the terms of this agreement on their behalf, and any references to “you” in this agreement refer to such the Beneficiary User and all of its employees, advisors and agents. You are responsible for all activities on the services that occur under your account.
In the event of termination from the subscription, you are responsible for erasing all your data from the App.

When you subscribe to the Mojiz App. Then, in the event of non-payment by the specified date, your account - the Creator account - and all related accounts that are linked to your account - your employee accounts - will be suspended then they will be deleted after 2 months.

Mojiz reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, and you will be notified of any action to be taken 30 days prior to implementation, and any payments in regard this will be reimbursed.
When needed, the “Mojiz” team will provide you with educational material on how to use the App by e-mail, communicating on the phone, or through WhatsApp.

Portions of this agreement may be added, removed, or modified at any time. The latest updates to this agreement will be posted through the App's page in the Apple Store and Play Store. In the event that any of the changes are considered essential, the "Mojiz" App development team will notify you of any such changes and ask you to agree on to this updates. However, your continually using of the App after non-essential or essential updates to this agreement, this means that you accept the posted updated to the App's page in the Apple Store and Play Store. If you are not satisfied with the terms of this agreement or any updates to this agreement or the services, you agree to suspend using of the Mojiz features then communicate with the App team at mojizapp@mojizapp.com.

Trial period

This agreement will remain in effect until all of your activated subscriptions expire or this agreement is terminated either by you or by Mojiz App. At the end of the trial period, the App team has the right to delete all your data two weeks after the end of the trial subscription period. When paying for the subscription, the starting date of the subscription date will be calculated from the date of payment. The App allows subscribers to use all its features for a period of 5 days.

The length of time to save the employee documentations and the vacations requests in the App

Mojiz App provides a feature that allows the subscriber to issue XLSX reports ,at any time, this type of file enables the subscriber to fully control the content. In order to avoid the accumulation of useless data in the App database, the employee's documentation data will be deleted after a period of two months has passed from the start of the documentation. The App management has the right to specify specific periods at any time to delete any other data, such as vacation data, without harming the core result of the calculations related to it, this if its accumulation causes damage to the App's performance or logical storage capacity.


Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time, however, unfortunately any payments already taken will not be refunded. If you wish to terminate your subscription before the specified period that has been mentioned in your subscription package, you must specify the correct cancellation time for your subscription by sending an email to mojizapp@mojizapp.com containing the details of your wish to terminate your subscription.

Mojiz may, at any time, change the subscription prices, or impose new fees or charges. Price changes and the establishment of new fees implemented after the expiry of your annual subscription period will take effect.

Maintenance and Updates of the App

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the App and the database is performed, and this may require interruption of service for indefinite periods, and peak times will be avoided as much as possible.

Clear data

If the subscriber's account is free, the developers of the "Mojiz" App has the right to delete all data of this account without prior notice to the account holder, and the free account holder is not entitled to make any claims related to the account



Integration with government and private platforms

Some integration agreements with government and private platforms stipulate non-disclosure of data, and therefore we confirm that the Mojiz system was developed with the aim of achieving the best practices in human resources operations management, and was not developed for the purpose of using data in marketing or advertising, and because saving some data such as the Issue Iqama process number makes it easier for the user to return to the process again, such as renewing or transferring the Iqama without entering its data again, then putting the option to save the transaction process in the system to achieve the principle of ease of use.
