Mojiz App places the privacy and the confidentiality of its users and visitors at the top of its priorities. As the Mojiz App team, we are making our best effort for providing a high-quality service and complying with the privacy and the confidentiality rights, which is mentioned in this statement, to all beneficiaries.

Mojiz App does not collect any personal information about you when you subscribe or visit the app, unless you choose specifically and with your knowledge to provide this information. If you choose to provide your information such as your personal information and your location, the app will only use it to fulfil your request to obtain information or services provided by the app and to the app functionality purposes. If you have subscribed to the Mojiz App, this means you agreed to this privacy policy and confidentiality of information.

We did not develop this app in order to collect your personal data.

App users must constantly review the terms and the privacy and confidentiality of information that is published on the Mojiz page in Apple Store and Play Store to know any updates have been published, Keeping in mind, the app management is not required to announce any updates to those terms and the privacy policies, except for subscribers to non-trial accounts who have previously been subscribed to the app, they will be notified of these updates by sending an email to the creator email – through which the subscription was registered.

Mojiz app management team is not responsible under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, private or exceptional damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Some integration agreements with government and private platforms stipulate non-disclosure of data, and therefore we confirm that the Mojiz system was developed with the aim of achieving the best practices in human resources operations management, and was not developed for the purpose of using data in marketing or advertising, and because saving some data such as the Issue Iqama process number makes it easier for the user to return to the process again, such as renewing or transferring the Iqama without entering its data again, then putting the option to save the transaction process in the system to achieve the principle of ease of use.
